A long time ago I was pondering the 'thug' problem myself. I came to the same conclusion as you, complete eradication.
Nothing has even helped the problem a little, prison, hand-outs, affirmative action, NOTHING.

I've never stated it as it would be akin to genocide and that's not very popular, but how else can this problem be solved? The young MUST be brought up in different circumstances for them to know any different, and the only way to achieve that is to permanently remove the problem.

It's become a culture, but not one that America as a whole can afford to support any longer.

It's staggering that you claim cultural superiority. A lot of people are noticing that America in 2015 is resembling Germany 1932. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that an American would calmly advocate apartheid, genocide, torture, war crimes and crimes against humanity. Don't bother looking for a conscience or shame or anything approaching self awareness. It will only come with the weak whining after the utter collapse just like post war Germany. It really disgusts me.
