An international investigation into the nuclear black market run by the renegade 'father' of Pakistan's nuclear arsenal, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, is in danger of grinding to a halt because the governments of various countries implicated in the clandestine trade are reluctant to co-operate.

from Jane's Intelligence Digest

But really, who cares if Pakistan was the base for a nuclear flea market and has yet to fully expose or punish those responsible?

I am assuming you meant this in sarcasm?

The Pakistani's have refused access to Dr. Khan by U.S. investigators and I'm pretty sure others as well.

Interviewing Khan would go a long ways in clearing up any ambiguity about Iran's nuclear program and its purpose.

Further information Khan has could help end the clandastine network that is short circuiting efforts to stop proliferation.
