Embedded videos not showing up on ATS

Greetings!
Using Firefox 36.04, I can't view embedded videos in threads on ATS.
There is just a black window, no links, no start button, nothing.

I can view YouTube videos just fine, Facebook embedded videos, etc.
I have updated Flash Player, Windows Media Add-On for Firefox, Shockwave, etc...

At this point, the problem seems to be only with videos here on ATS.
Thanks for any suggestions on how to correct this.

Correction, it does appear to be happening on other websites as well.
Did some investigating by right-clicking and choosing 'Inspect Element', it appears to be _javascript related?
I checked my Firefox settings and '_javascript.enabled' is set to 'true'.

Enable auto-play videos? Selection I believe allows viewing any and all videos ....including annoying popups...not sure

Thanks MS, I'll check that out.
It appears that it may be an add-on issue. Restarted Firefox in safe mode and it's working.

Its been said now a days...our lives are not governed by light and dark, day and night...etc....but by SETTINGS...everything we use has them!

I've had the same issue for going on a year now running IE 11 with windows 8.1. Gave up on a fix and just ask the OP for a link.

If the vid is like Hulu, Vimeo or other than Youtube it's visible however.

Weird.
