No, it is not Joan. Her nose is wrong and the distance between her nose and upper lip (clef) is greater here. Surgery can not add clef nor make a nose look fuller. She sounds like every other older New York Jewish woman I've met. Close but it's not her. 

So now we know her original throat surgery was really for a nose job! How convenient.

All the news reports say Joan Rivers was cremated. That's strange.

I thought cremation was against Jewish law.
