UK General Election: coalition fears

I work in the N.H.S and it has been run into the ground by underfunding and mismanagement under both conservative and labour governments. I haven't heard any decent plans from either side that installs any faith that this will change. It is so sad, politicians need to cross party boundaries to align in a common front to save this great national treasure as stop using it as pawn in there election debates to garner votes.
