All of the above is better than a holier than thou eyebrow raise with - an I told you dressing.

He has been away from public view for over 10 days - that is evidence he has been away for 10 days, without a word. Pretty unusual for one of the most powerful men on earth.

That's just it though...

Everything Putin does is designed to enhance himself and the way he is perceived. He is all about how people see him and not so much Russia. This back and forth with Russia and the west is a personal thing for him. We view it in terms of old east verse new west.

I truly think Putin see it as Putin verse the west. He has made comments about how he doesn't think other world leaders show him the respect he thinks he is entitled to. That mindset coming from a person like Putin is scary as hell, even more so when he demands that respect instead of earning it.

Hoe does Putin having Botox help Russia?
How does Putin riding shirtless on a horse help Russia?
How does invading Ukraine an illegally occupying/annexing Crimea help Russia?
How does threatening the use of nukes help Russia?

etc etc...

for Putin this is personal and that's a problem.

So when this incident occurred there was talk about General Viktor Zolotov, Putins head body guard, being killed.

Last thing I heard was just after his return the keen kin made a statement that he was with Putin but as far as I know nothing else. And seems to be missing perhaps he did die like Russian news said.

Got me looking through photos he was around Putin all the time before. But have yet to see him in anything after
