Really though, Bedlam is not representative of either an Ancient or a Lost civilization.

No need to apologize - I was just perplexed is all.

Aside from oodles of folklore and recent Hollywood efforts warning of the cranky dead, one can peruse the parapsychological literature of the last 150 years to see that disturbing burial or killing grounds can stir up some odd energy, whatever it really is.

Personally, I view corpses as husks... but due some deference as they once held a person. Simple respect for respect's sake is called for... and ripping up a cemetery to make a fast dollar is just poor taste.

Add in what I know about unseen energy, seemingly connected to the dead (and that is the extent of what I know... just that such an energy exists, seems tied to the dead and can effect our physical world) and I would think caution and respect could not hurt.

The movie Poltergeist was ridiculous and extreme... but it was at least loosely based on real events, or rather a vast list of reportedly real events. I have experienced such events and now know they can, in fact, happen.

In short... I wouldn't mess around with burial sights or remains any more than I have to.
