Unknown object flying over Co. Caught on museum cam

Somehow I didn't catch this on my drive this morning but, it moves far too slow to be a meteor and too fast for a plane. There is a short blurb about it on my local news and they are saying the same thing about its speed. It was filmed from a full sky camera which give a 360 degree view of the sky. I think it's easy to tell what it is not, unfortunately and per usual, you also can't tell what it is.

Edit, sorry, that is a dash cam view, not nearly as good as the video on the station itself...trying to locate.

Visible for 8-10 seconds...i don't think thats a meteor.

Why? the further away they are the slower they appear to travel. It could easily be an earth grazing meteor as NASA has explained.
