Vitter has suggested that Clinton’s deep donor ties to Gilbert Chagoury, a major Lebanese-Nigerian land developer who has given millions to Democratic campaigns, the Clinton library and Clinton Foundation global initiatives, could have accounted for some of Clinton’s reticence in the terror designation.
When Chagoury was added to the no-fly list and pulled off a plane in 2010, it took just a few months to get a waiver and a written apology from the Department of Homeland Security — though he said afterwards that he didn’t approach the Clintons for help.

Exclusive: Despite Hillary Clinton promise, charity did not disclose donors
In response to questions from Reuters, officials at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and the foundation confirmed no complete list of donors to the Clintons' charities has been published since 2010. CHAI was spun off as a separate legal entity that year, but the officials acknowledged it still remains subject to the same disclosure agreement as the foundation.

Clinton Foundation health charity reportedly stopped publishing donor lists in 2010
The Clinton Foundation's flagship public health program reportedly stopped publishing lists of its donors for a five-year period beginning in 2010, breaking a disclosure rule agreed to by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the Obama administration.
According to Reuters, officials at the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) admitted that they should have kept up the annual practice of recording and updating the names of hundreds of thousands of donors. CHAI was spun off from the Clinton Foundation in 2010, but the officials said that did not change the disclosure rules it was subject to.
CHAI spokeswoman Maura Daley described the lack of disclosure as "an oversight, which we made up for this year" in an e-mail to Reuters.
Reuters also reported that at least seven foreign governments either began supporting or increased their support for CHAI during Clinton's time as secretary of state. Spokeswoman Daley admitted that at least $340,000 in donations from Switzerland's Agency for Development and Cooperation should have been reviewed by the State Department's ethics office when they were received in 2011 and 2012.
However, the State Department told Reuters it could not find any records of its officials reviewing or approving any new money for the foundation.
HAITIAN ACTIVISTS Protest at Hillary Clinton’s Office Over BILLIONS MISSING in Relief Funds (VIDEO)
‘Where Is The Money?”
Sign reads: Bill Clinton where is the money?
Dozens of Haitian activists protested outside of Hillary Clinton’s office over “Billions Stolen” by the Clinton Foundation in hurricane relief funds.
In November Haitian activists held a protest outside of Bill Clinton’s Harlem office. The activists want Bill Clinton what he has done with the $6 billion collected for Haitian earthquake reconstruction.
The activists also denounced Hillary Clinton’s role as US Secretary of State in the installation of Michel “Sweet Micky” Martelly as a puppet president who has accelerated the US and white power destruction and plunder of Haiti.
The protesters claim the $10 billion that was collected was wildly mismanaged.
The Week reported:
More than $10 billion was donated to rebuild Haiti after Haiti’s 2010 earthquake, some of it to the Clinton Foundation, the charitable organization sponsored by former President Bill Clinton and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton. But protesters at the Foundation’s Harlem offices say the money was wildly mismanaged and did not provide the relief Haitians desperately needed.
"Schweizer detailed patterns of official corruption in Washington that led to congressional resignations and new ethics laws. In 'Clinton Cash,' he follows the Clinton money trail, revealing the connection between their personal fortune, their 'close personal friends,' the Clinton Foundation, foreign nations, and some of the highest ranks of government," its Amazon description promises.
“We will see a pattern of financial transactions involving the Clintons that occurred contemporaneous with favorable U.S. policy decisions benefiting those providing the funds,” Mr. Schweizer writes.
His examples include
a free-trade agreement in Colombia that benefited a major foundation donor’s natural resource investments in the South American nation,
Several Democrats and prominent labor unions, however, oppose the deals, arguing that they could help U.S. companies without bringing much benefit to U.S. workers, particularly if increased imports lead to widespread layoffs.

If she is the recipient of illegal foreign influence
The Clinton Foundation has its own determination to not accept funds that would disqualify themselves from elections. If they took the money it is nobody else fault.

I haven't seen evidence proving this...at all..

Confusing wording? The Clinton foundation established higher standards than the law required. If they failed to meet those standards is in question, but even if they failed to meet those standards and accepted foreign donations while Hillary was at State, it is not illegal by any definition of current laws.
Again...not defending Hillary, but looking for actual meat (facts, evidence and logic) here and finding constructed BS for a political agenda (election season) instead.
Between 2009 and 2012, the Clinton Foundation raised over $500 million dollars according to a review of IRS documents by The Federalist (2012, 2011, 2010, 2009, 2008). A measly 15 percent of that, or $75 million, went towards programmatic grants. More than $25 million went to fund travel expenses. Nearly $110 million went toward employee salaries and benefits. And a whopping $290 million during that period — nearly 60 percent of all money raised — was classified merely as “other expenses.” Official IRS forms do not list cigar or dry-cleaning expenses as a specific line item. The Clinton Foundation may well be saving lives, but it seems odd that the costs of so many life-saving activities would be classified by the organization itself as just random, miscellaneous expenses.
Members of Bill Clinton’s camp say the former president suspects the White House is the source of the leak and is furious.
‘Obama and Valerie Jarrett will go to any lengths to prevent Hillary from becoming president.’
“My contacts and friends in newspapers and TV tell me that they’ve been contacted by the White House and offered all kinds of negative stories about us,” one of Bill’s friends quotes him as saying. “The Obamas are behind the email story, and they’re spreading rumors that I’ve been with women, that Hillary promoted people at the State Department who’d done favors for our foundation, that John Kerry had to clean up diplomatic messes Hillary left behind.”
*snip*
“Obama and Valerie Jarrett will go to any lengths to prevent Hillary from becoming president,” a source close to the White House told me. “They believe that Hillary, like her husband, is left of center, not a true-blue liberal.”
If she gets into the White House, they believe she will compromise with the Republicans in Congress and undo Obama’s legacy.
“With Obama’s approval,” this source continued, “Valerie has been holding secret meetings with Martin O’Malley [the Democratic former governor of Maryland] and [Massachusetts Sen.] Elizabeth Warren. She’s promised O’Malley and Warren the full support of the White House if they will challenge Hillary for the presidential nomination.”
