Yes, I went to the support site and asked to email me instructions to reset it. I did that like 20 times and still didn't received an email from them. I'm mad with Steam now. Why they didn't send the email yet ????

Can you help me please?

Did you check your spam inbox to make sure its not going there instead to your regular inbox ?

I just logged in for the first time on this computer and they have some new account controls, but I received the email instantly so you should have seen it right away. Try logging in with the wrong password and I think it will ask you if you want an email sent to change it, they may work better than using support.

Yeah, I've never had that problem with Steam. If I happen to forget mine, I get that email instantly just I get my receipts every time I buy something from them.

...also check that you're actually looking at the right email account.

I had this happen once, and sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the email to show up at my primary account... before finally realizing that the email they had on file was my gmail account instead.

Stupid, but... hey, it happens!

after writing my email and click "send login details" (1), I have the message on same screen (2). But no email had been sent since yesterday. What am I doing wrong?

try using your "Username" instead of email...
I just bought a new PC and I had no issue getting a password reset "email" from them on a 2 year inactive acount.

You can also email support and tell them what is happening.

Now, if, just if... you are using an account that got ban for something. You will Never get it back...
