I read in our Media (online newspaper) today that a hand towel has washed up on the west Australian coast.

Looks fishy.

www.dailymail.co.uk...

Packaging looks brand new.

Two pictures of it laying on the beach; one in sand, another in twigs, means AT LEAST one of the two shots is staged.

Being reported in todays news that the package was found 8 months ago.

If one item was found 4 months after the crash logically an intensive search should have been launched AT THAT TIME as it would have indicated a direction and rate of drift that other flotsam would also have been subject to.

Nah, doesn't feel right at all.

Thanks for posting.

I think it most likely fell out of someone's purse.

You're right, one of the images was staged, or rather, recreated..

Perhaps they both were. Hard to tell from the article.

The package in the article has definitely NOT been at sea for 4 months.

The original pack was sent to "Melbourne for analysis". Did they use another one for their photo shoot?

This story is full of holes and it's publication, 8 months after being found, stinks of manipulation.

After the search is completed and they don't find the plane or wreckage what does that imply?

It could imply that these guys have been right all along:

www.therakyatpost.com...

As were the last radar track, the British yachtswoman, the passenger from Mecca, sir Timothy Clark, Jeff Wise and anyone else who was able to see the plane was hijacked.
