China Himalayas, Strange Microwave and Radio Signals

I found this interesting. The signals are coming from a lake, acording to some- others say it is coming from space? I know we have Chinese members here at ATS, perhaps they know something of this. I say it is high tech military, in all likelyhood. If I posted this in the wrong place, feel free to move, a hard topic to place.
