After disclosure there will be one UFO black project with two terrestrial officers. This project is not entirely black. Communication can be established on their way off world and on their way back to Earth. Only during the collection process is everything blacked out. The two terrestrial officers are a couple of kids that were once adults on Earth before disclosure. The normal kids get to play with the terrestrial officers and in exchange for playing they are given advanced tech in a way similar to that of the Skunk Works team. Say if I come up to someone with a loaf of bread and exchange loaves with them then each one of us walks away with the other persons idea. Want to play spider man for real? The company I worked for consulted with Lockheed Martin to put Lockheed's conveyor systems into airports (to move luggage) and post offices (to move mail).
