The existence of a bunker is nothing but a local rumour which I cannot substantiate. As for sarin, I don't have web links...I have pictures.

Well, if you have photographic proof, I suggest you post them, in a separate thread so they will get the attention they deserve.

back on topic, not sure if video is widely known or not? but I though it was pretty cool, its of an iL-80 taxi & take off.

Anyone have any idea what all the 'spines' are on the top of the plane, behind the large bump?

That's very risky. But...one of these days I might just do that.

Antennas. The hump is a SATCOM antenna the others are HF and UHF.

Now the REAL question....

Is it an Il-80, Il-86, or Il-87?

As Zaphod has already pointed out these are the range of antennas. See following image and links for antenna fits over the years on the Maxdomes.

Same aircraft coming in to land.

Is there even a difference between the 80 and 87?

Edit: not that it matters because that's an 86 it would appear.

The airframe is based off is the Il-86. Same aircraft but you can find it designated as all three depending on where you look for information.

AFter China flew into an Orion I doubt we would be so bold with such a valuable system.

The missions have continued just as before. They don't use B-52s because it's too easy to mistake them for something else.

the tail number you mean? That matches an il-86 camber.

No, the Il-80/86/87 designation. It's been referred to as all three by various sources. It started life as an Il-86 when it was built. Them after delivery as a normal Il-86 it underwent modification to the Il-80.
