Get dying light you won't be disappointed, I have played the dead island games and I find that dying light has the edge over the DI games. I have been playing it for 2 weeks now and I am only 58% completed on main story line the side quests and exploring will keep you busy plus the awesome ways you can slice zombies up you can't go wrong.

I don't play FPS games, OP, so I'm not much help probably. I will say this though:
BLOODBORNE! PS4 exclusive, spiritual successor to demon souls / dark souls 1. Comes out end of March.

I've done Dragon Age on PC. If you like having really large areas to run through, it's pretty fun. The biggest problem is that they lack balance between the main story and the areas, so you can easily finish the main story without needing to touch several of the areas if you don't want to.
If you hit all the main areas in it, you can easily clock upwards of 120 hours or more, and I'm not talking a completionist play through. But that really stretches out your main storyline so that it might feel a bit disconnected to you.

Have only seen a snippet about it, didn't know it was going to be along the same lines as demon souls/dark souls. I am a sucker for punishment, dark souls 2 was good. Lol

I understand that one. I tend to pick up mostly the cheap indy games off of Steam these days. I might get one or two major titles in a year ... maybe.
