Nick Gordon to appear in Court Monday!

Bobbi Kristina Brown's controversial partner Nick Gordon has been summoned to appear in court on Monday to answer charges of reckless driving.

A warrant for his immediate arrest will be issued if he does not turn up at Fulton County State Court in Atlanta at 9am.

The court date comes as Gordon's girlfriend Bobbi Kristina remains on life support in hospital after being found lifeless in a bath tub.

And reports suggest Gordon will be the focus of a police investigation into how the incident had surfaced amid allegations of foul play.

Sounds like they want answers and this may be the only way to get them out of him.

Gordon, 25, was caught driving at over twice the speed limit along a suburban road in November 2012.

And he mocked the memory of Whitney Houston – the woman who gave him a new life – upon his arrest, just nine months after her tragic death.

But when he was stopped he put Whitney Houston music on his car stereo as the police officer approached.

A court date was originally set for February 2013 when he was first taken to Alpharetta jail, but the case was adjourned.

Now he must appear at the Fulton County State Court in Atlanta on Monday morning to answer the charges.

A police source told DailyMail.com: ‘Gordon was clocked doing over 80 along North Point Parkway.

‘This is a suburban area he was lucky he didn’t kill anyone.

‘And when he was stopped he slipped this Whitney Houston CD into the player like it was some kind of joke.’

Foul play investigation underway!

There is an active criminal investigation underway in Georgia in the Bobbi Kristina case ... it centers on possible foul play and the target is her boyfriend ...

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Bobbi Kristina had certain injuries that have piqued their interest. We do not know the nature of the injuries.

(Bruises on the back of the neck maybe?)

We're told Max Lomas -- the friend who discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub -- arrived at around 9 AM last Saturday. He says he hung out with Nick but did not see Bobbi Kristina. He was told she was in the bedroom. Nick wandered away and Max says he didn't pay attention to his whereabouts.

The cable guy showed sometime after 10 AM and Max says he let him in -- Nick was nowhere to be seen. The cable guy said he needed access to the bedroom so Max let him in and discovered Bobbi Kristina in the tub. He screamed for Nick, who ran in and administered CPR.

We're told Max claims Nick allegedly cleaned up the home and removed blood stains.

Cops interviewed both Max and Nick and they want to debrief Max again, but our law enforcement sources say Max's lawyer insisted on immunity before he spoke again. We're told as of Friday morning Max hadn't gotten immunity or talked to cops.

I think if they're smart and they want to get Nick, they'll give this kid immunity, depending on what the cable guy can confirm.

It might not be long now before Krissy is taken off of life support.

Just hours after Houston arrived, Bobby Brown and his wife pulled up in a white SUV. The R&B singer’s face was worn and swollen, and he moved quickly inside to avoid cameras.

Less than an hour later, he emerged, jumped into an SUV and sped off again.

For someone who has barely left his daughter's side, it's odd he was only there for an hour. I could be wrong, but it may be time.

Cissy Houston and another woman left the hospital around 9 p.m., some six hours after they arrived, looking downcast and subdued. The pair refused to speak to with reporters.

“We have been in contact with Fulton County District Attorney’s office trying to arrange a meeting as soon possible,” attorney John Petrey told Radar Monday. The meeting is expected to happen Tuesday or Wednesday.

(One of the articles I read said that Nick was suppose to be in court this morning to answer charges for the speeding back in November, as I posted Previously. That if he did NOT show up a warrant would be issued for his arrest. As I figured, he did NOT show up, but it wasn't sure if a warrant was issued or not. I'll keep looking.

There have been no reports of any change in the condition of Bobbi Kristina, whose mother was superstar Whitney Houston. But a source close to the investigation told WSB-TV in Atlanta that face and mouth injuries sustained by the promising young musician are being investigated by local police.

But Bobby Brown's arrival so soon after Houston is unusual because they have generally steered clear of each other. And there has been bad blood between their families since Bobbi Kristina has been hospitalized.

I'm guessing that this may have been in the back of the families mind all along. Having hopes that BK would recover before the 11th but if not, they would let her go on the anniversary of her mothers passing.

The court appearance was something he did or didn't do in 2012. So I am left wondering if the police are purposefully busting his chops and perhaps, hoping he wouldn't appear (did he?) so they can arrest him. I have a feeling the LE knows or suspects something that has yet been proven and Nick is at the end of that scope of suspicion.

I don't like the guy and I can't put my finger on to as why I have this feeling. His eyes are very shifty.

If there are any medical professionals here I would appreciate them buzzing in. But am I wrong in assuming only an autopsy will reveal how she got in the condition she was in? If she drown, wouldn't fluids be found in her lungs? And if so, can they tell now while she is still artificially-alive?

Also, can they determine when all the bruising occurred? If she was clinically dead (which it sounds like she was) when paramedics arrived, would someone's attempt to give CPR (like Nick claimed) cause bruising if.......her blood wasn't circulating?

So far without giving myself accolades and props, I said RIGHT from the beginning, she will be taken off support on the 11th, pass over.....then Nick will be arrested.

This is sad all around. My only hope is that Whitney will be waiting in the wings for her beloved daughter.

Geez...I hate endings like these.

I have no sympathy for people who can't think clearly because of substance abuse.

Sometimes the world isn't that black and white... Substance abuse is always the wrong choice.. using drugs without the abuse is the wrong choice. But who knows what some people have experianced and their only way to make life acceptable at that moment is the use of drugs... I can find understanding and sympathy for SOME people who made the wrong decision because of drugs not able to think straight. In most cases people are worth saving and need somebody around who can think for them when they are not able.

If I recall, someone even mentioned a few pages back that the family was waiting until Whitney's anniversary to pull the plug. Whoever called it was right.

They want to question him over bruises on Krissy. They probably feel the best way to do that is to arrest him on the speeding ticket.

Something that just came to me, if they discovered the bruising the day she came in, that means it's old bruising from previous abuse. Not new bruising. If the bruising around the face and mouth took a few days to develop that would give hospital staff and police an indication of her being suffocated, especially if there was petechial hemorrhaging around her eyes. As far as I know, you CAN get bruising in the chest from CPR, but NOT in the mouth and face. And no it's not a medical opinion, just a lay person who witnessed CPR being done on my aunt who was dying. I got to thinking about the bruising and I don't recall any on her face.

I read someplace the other day that her organs were failing.

I would guess as much. There've been a lot of articles over the weeks I've wanted to post, but most seem more gossipy, so I left them to fall by the wayside until I found one that seems more legit.

Nick Gordon has made a public plea to Bobby Brown and the Houston family to see Bobbi Kristina

After private attempts by Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend Nick Gordon to visit her in hospital have been stonewalled by Bobby Brown and the Houston family, he has taken the desperate step of issuing a public plea through his lawyer.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Gordon’s lawyer Randall Kessler said his client ‘desperately wants to be with the one he loves.’

Gordon's efforts to see Bobbi Kristina have been blocked by the family claims Kessler, with relatives of Bobby Brown threatening to lay ‘hands on him’ if he shows up.

Kessler said, ‘[Nick] has respected the family's wishes and for that reason alone has not returned to the hospital and risked a public confrontation… He continues to hope that his request will be granted.'

Gordon reportedly made an attempt to visit his girlfriend after she had been first hospitalized earlier this month, but instead he got into a physical confrontation with her relatives.



He sent a defiant message to Bobby Brown and the Houston family just days ago when he had the ailing heiress's name tattooed across his arm in huge letters.

He posted the picture on his Facebook page after being barred from visiting her bedside.

I don't know about you, but if the family thinks you bat her half to death, tattooing her name on your arm is NOT going to get you in their good graces, just saying. Cops want to talk to you to clear things up, my guess would be, the first step would be to start there. But that's just me.
