It took me a long road of many tests and struggles that I faced to get to this stage. It took 12 years from the age of 10 of understanding what this world is and the things around us. I will not proclaim to be a God, a Master, a Being of Supernatural, Psychic or any other silly title because simply put:

WE ALL CAN DO THIS AND ALL HAVE THE SAME LIMITATIONS

Since the age of 10 I began to have peculiar cases of Deja Vu, which basically got me into partial Lucid Dreaming. Which did help me get through High School, I did not study, I did not enjoy school and personally it was a living hell for me. I passed my tests, graduated, started a family business and live my life without worry for tomorrow.

The NUMBER ONE THING!! You all need to understand is that every day is a blank canvas and is a test/lesson to be learned.

It is why you should never stop reaching! No matter what path you take, there is no such thing as perfection. If someone feels like they have perfected their skills in any area of life, they will then realize and find that it is detrimental to their path/cause. A true seeker is never satisfied with their work/result even if they put their whole heart or mind into it. It is only in this way can anyone hope to ever achieve their best in understanding what it is to be human.

What happens when you remove all thoughts?
What happens when you remove all emotions?

Best way to explain it would be a quote by Bruce Lee (Forgive me Bruce for using your words) I know he spoke with this quote about martial arts. But... this is the best way to explain it ---- “You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Be water my friend.”

When all thoughts are removed, when all emotions are removed, you become like water, a conscience without a worry or distraction in the world.I do have to say though I pushed it to only 5-10 minutes as it seems to be very physically/mentally draining.

Many would ponder at this state and ask the same question I did --- “Is it humane or even considered human to become such a thing?”

Yes! It is humane! and Yes! It is human to become such a thing for if it was not it would not be there!

When you enter this stage of being, things become transparent and everything begins to open to you like a chain reaction of toppling dominoes. This is what many religions refer to as “I AM or OM etc”

Basically you realize that behind all the distractions and physical you are a conscience that exists for some sort of test/experiment. You exist to record/witness the things around you, to experience every lesson in the limited time you are given here.

Basically what I am trying to say is ---- “Live Every Second You Have” It is to desire with one's very soul every second of every day to accomplish one's aim of that day. People these days are not focused, with a million worries and going about a million things at once and never accomplishing any of them. An unworried expression is the sign and meaning that a person is fully focused on accomplishing something they aim for with their entire soul. This is very difficult to achieve the pure raw state of conscience and even harder to remain within. The only way is to live every second with total commitment of purity of the mind and body, by casting aside all distractions of the physical world.

However, you must also understand that --- “You can not achieve one without the other” before casting aside theses thoughts and emotions, you must learn of what they really are and the biggest one of all is --- "Fear"....

Fear of loss, fear of judgement, fear of being a disappointment to those around you, fear of not having a fore filling life etc etc... Yet the biggest one of them all is ---“FEAR OF DEATH”

FACE DEATH
- that is what I tend to always keep in mind. It is the most important thing anyone should do is to keep death ever foremost in their mind and understanding. To ignore death and fear of death is child's play and extremely foolish because it is the way of all things within the physical. From the moment you are born into this world and enter the School of Life or River of Life you are dying for you are given a limited time here and you will never know when you will face your end. That is why you need to let go of Fear Of Death and live each day of every second as if it was your last. It is to live every hour as if you only have a few spare minutes to live in this world. This way you will begin to understand and see the truly important things in life and will not be distracted by foolishness.

So overall keeping death foremost in your mind will cause your life to be richer and more meaningful leading you to a path of understanding.

When I entered the state of raw conscience, no emotions, no thoughts and I experienced what I am. I began to understand that the time is limited, the tests are limitless, the lessons you learn may they be good or evil/bad are important.

It is also important to realize --- “The Truth About Good and Evil”
You can not grade a lesson by it's nature or the outcome/end result. Lessons come and go by Universal decree, to associate an experience or lesson of being good or evil in nature is the invention of men.

Freewill is a gift that is the most wonderful thing anyone can experience or have.

So I ask all of you to please ----
“DON'T WASTE IT”

It has been an honor writing this for the ATS community and for having you read it. I hope you begin to experience the wonderful thing that is the conscience

I am still searching, learning and barely scratching the surface of the wonderful thing we call Life

Yeah Bruce Lee seems to be a little confused, huh? How exactly does the water become the cup? Wouldn't it be all over the table if it would?
There is nothing super-wrong with what you say, so hurray keep travelling! You're 22? And already successfull plus aware of the spiritual journey life can be. So i keep to myself what i found to be wrong and you get all the fun of finding out for yourself. See you on the flow, when you notice the truth is never just one story.

It is rather funny that we all are recording our stories that are part of one book
As they say --- The name and story of everyone is in the Book of Life.

And Hurray!, just for you.
So I share what I think is wrong, we don't have all the same limitations. What we have in common is imo that we each need to find our own unique access point to the spiritual half of human nature. Because the mixture we are made of: *Blood(+containing info), *environment(culture, education, idols), *personality(interests, talents, etc) is sometimes similiar, but always unique.
With me i tried a lot of stuff that should work in many different areas, magic, astral-stuff, meditation, you name it, but the one truth i found was: i get bitchy when i am hungry. Will say, i am working on finding ways to an approach where my inner animal and my spirit live in peace together.
But i see and can subscribe what you are saying, focused energies, right? No surrender, no defeat.

May I ask, what in the world came about when you were ten that sparked this focus in you ? To have spurred these impulses?

Are you speaking of the inner crystal seed? The so called Divine Spark? The Mustard seed that many spiritual figures spoke about? If Yes, I have seen it but not sure if I unlocked it.

It has nothing about unlocking really, it is more to do with seeking and self realization. It's kind of like saying --- "It has always been there, you just never knew where to look or what is the right question to ask"

It was the death of someone I saw die 2 months before it happened, at first I began to blame the Universe and then the concept we humans think God is. I then became consumed with hate and fear, I wanted to tear it all down this whole thing. For some time I saw nothing but the darkness that is within all, I learned from it and understood that Death of my friend was a lesson.

After that I began to see the world and the lessons within everything, I began to grow and seek.

I guess the best way to put it is that it was the lesson of ---- DEATH that began my path.

It is a harsh lesson for any 10 year old and a very big one to learn at such an early age. But as it is said God/The Universe and The Creation all work in mysterious ways

I always thought Bruce Lee was talking about a lot more than just martial arts.

And he was not confused, he meant that water takes the shape of whatever container you put it in. The lesson is to adapt yourself to whatever situation you find yourself in.

Its a bit like the story of the oak tree and the wheat grass. In a strong enough storm the mighty oak will crack and fall to the ground. The grass seems to be weaker, but it survives the storm because it bends down with the force of the wind, then after the storm is over, it stands up again.
