The somewhat different design thread

Hi guys,

Between the avatar creation thread and all the competitions we have I still find myself sometimes wanting to create something when there really is no demand.

Let's try and solve this by introducing a game of graphic design without the usual restrictions like size.

The idea is simple really, somebody gives a topic and everybody can try and visualize the topic as he/she sees fit. After 48hr (or any other space of time) the member with the most appreciation (in the form of stars) for his/her design gets to pick the next topic.

As to what the topic should be... no rules, anything goes!

You could challenge members to create a completely ridiculous animal like:

A tiger-bunny with a manly moustache sitting on a lillypad pondering the meaning of life...


Or you could take a random silly sentence and see what people come up with. Something like:

I peel baby's, I got the idea from oranges..


Maybe throw in a proverb and see what come from that like:

A picture is worth a thousand words..


So what do you guys think? Maybe DontTreadOnMe can set up a format and start it up.

I'm really curious if more people would find this fun to do...

I'll run this by the rest of staff....I like the idea.....but whatever it ends up being....it'll have to be after the Valentine's Avatar Contest.....so, think end of February.....

In the mean time, if people have suggestions may I suggest they drop them in here.

Now I'll get back to creating my last entry for the "Ignorance denied" thread..

Such a cute tiger rabbit buck definitely I never saw before. Seriously, I am considering to raise this kind in the future.
May be you can give me the address where I can buy the first couple of them so the breeding will start as soon as I will receive a new garden.

Yeah a full back piece tattoo,

I have one BFFT worked on for my forearm, and one of my kids, to do first. Money's tight at the moment, but I'll get there eventually.
