Extremist Cleric and suspected MI5 Asset, Anjem Choudary: Charlie Hebdo Cover is an "Act of War"

Seriously, I knew guys in 6th grade with better penwork.

So why have MI5 not thrown Choudhary into prison?

I suspect that he is being heavily monitored as he (and his type) will attract every fundamentalist in the UK praising him - giving MI5 an easy list of people to also monitor - like moths to a light. MI5 tend to monitor so that they can get the big guns where as French equivalent tend to arrest the lower echelons to break up the cells as soon as possible. There are pros and cons for either approach.
