Need someone to touch up a pic for a funeral program

Hi ATS,

A family member died unexpectedly. Unfortunately, there are very few good pics of her for some reason, so we're struggling a little here. I did find one decent photo but there's a flash spot on her face. I've tried to get it off and it looks worse. Not too good at this kind of thing.

Wondering if anyone can touch this up quickly and email it back to me. Just send a PM to my ATS mail. Tell me how to get the pic to you.

How bad is the spot? If you want to upload it somewhere and pm me a link to it, I could try, but I can't make any promises on the outcome.

I'm no expert, by any means, but I'm fairly good with Photoshop, and if it doesn't work out with the others who have offered their services, I'd be more than happy to do what I can with it.
