Did you know definitively know that Brussels is in Belgian before you had the dream? Im only asking because I myself get mixed up sometimes with which citys are in which country.
Perhaps you thought it was in Germany and that's why you dreamed it that way. Especially since the old man was sarcastic when replying.

Anyway, very interesting. My sympathies to the victims.

Don't feel guilty. There's nothing you could have done except maybe make yourself a suspect if you did mention it to authorities.

Many many more, I have 2 journals full heck someday they might end up in history books or a book of it's own called 'The Book of K'.

Some things I think humanity will have a hard time adjusting to.
