You want to stop illegal wars? You want to stop police brutality? Then address the politicians that create the laws that the police are mandated to uphold in order to provide for their families, just like everyone else who has a lousy job that has to do things they don't agree with!

By that logic we should have just given all the Commandants an soldiers whom murdered Millions of People in Nazi concentration camps a pass.
There stock answer when confronted with there CRIMINAL inhuman behaviour
WAS
I WAS ONLY FOLLOWING ORDERS.

Thease Lawmakers P T B are few in number compared to the Amount of L E Officers and the Armed forces.
So In order for thease few political suits to screw the population of there own Country and any other they deside to Shock an Awe or Invaide

Hunfreds of thousands of good Men an Women must say an do nothing but blindly obey to enforce extortion an brutality on the populace they took an Oath to serve an Protect.?
Is that what your saying a few middle aged sinister intentioned men In suits hold such sway over so many.

And there only doing there jobs by harassing innocent civilians and using many as live an then dead target practice.

I cut them no slack neither the sinister suits or there lackeys whom endorse an enforse there masters will because the majority are with the programme..

While I respect those who learned from history as I have, I have little respect for those who bring it up to prevent society from getting over the trials and tribulations of the past! To bring up history as a learning opportunity is fine! But to bring it up as an excuse for current bad behavior is ridiculous!

Geese, I never thought of that. We should just make cars and roads illegal because criminals might use them. Or we can just implant trackers on everyone.

What?
You go on a rant about cars, license, license plates, taxes and fees and I give an answer. Where in my post did I say anything about criminals and all that? Did you even get the point?
Yeah, they "skipped the law" and look what it gets. Can't drive, don't know the rules of the road [ fascist pigs expect you not to run in to people - The Nerve !! ] and now, someone pays with their life, their children's lives, a few months in the hospital maybe, or just a broken leg or arm.
Small price to pay for your Freedom from all those obnoxious rules.

Let me ask you...history repeats itself, why do we keep living in the past???

A wise man learns from his mistakes,an even wiser man learns from other's mistakes.

I can't decipher your first sentence but I agree with your second sentence!

The problem I see is that I find too many people bringing up the past history as an excuse versus using it a tool to become better human beings?

Agree? Disagree?

He is asking you to point out where in the constitution it says that you have the right to anonymity.

And I am asking him to read it for himself. You don't have to take my word for it, you can read it as well.

Anyways I have already stated that it says we have the right to be anonymous before our gov plain and simple.

You made a claim and have failed to prove it.
Telling me to look it up is nothing more than a cop out.
Either point out where it is at in the constitution or be quite.

Compared to some of the countries Ive been in over the years .. police in america are tame ..
Get back to me when they start disappearing people .. the death squads start .. they openly torture "criminals" ..

There are places where police are feared in the world for good reason .. but police in the u.s are nowhere close to those ..

Did you just copy and paste your OP from another thread so you can post it around whenever you see the need? Because it's word for word very similar to a comment you made elsewhere. Does that count as spam? Hmm.

Anyway, I stated there my many thanks for your sovereign citizen diatribe, mixed with a little bit of 3%'er thinly veiled threats to personal safety of LEOs. Why you seem so reluctant to provide a quotation from the Constitution about your right to anonymity is confusing though. "Go look it up" is a prettu weak response. A COP out even.

I hesitate to join in any more discussion though. I'm afraid of mountains upon mountains of lawsuits. It's always struck me as odd how sovereign citizens rail against law enforcement and the justice system and the government, yet aside from their mouth, the biggest weapon they have is....the court. Dunh dunh dunhhhhh

Dont you realize, America is a Police State...blurggghhh those horrible nazi cops pulled me over because I was doing 89 in a 25 mph zone while not wearing a seat belt. The terrible police arrested me because I was smoking weed in a school zone and well I dont think drugs should be illegal. I got arrested because I stole a tee shirt from Wal-Mart and they make billions so it should be legal.. All proof of police state!!!!!

Each time people post "America is a police state" BS I feel like saying "plenty of countries around the world that are police states, go visit them, see if you can get out and then let us know the differences"

Exactly, there are no good and smart cops, because any benevolent person with common sense and sense of justice will just refuse to be part of it. When the institution itself is evil and requires you to do evil, then either you are evil (Whether they realize it or not, doesn't really matter, the only thing that matters is the effect of one's actions) or you refuse to be part of it.
And let's not forget this:

Since we're not forgetting things, let's also not forget this: statelymcdanielmanor.wordpress.com...

So the next time "you" want to talk about how stupid cops are, keep in mind that they tend to fall in the "above average" range for IQ.

You ATS police apologists make it wayyy too easy for us, and here you are talking about cops having higher than above average IQs? Are you in that bunch ?!?

A man whose bid to become a police officer was rejected after he scored too high on an intelligence test has lost an appeal in his federal lawsuit against the city.

The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York upheld a lower court’s decision that the city did not discriminate against Robert Jordan because the same standards were applied to everyone who took the test.

abcnews.go.com...

Any thoughts? Certainly you will find a way to spin this and blindly justify it just like you do with every other police action in every cop thread.

Oh you. You ATS cop haters. Continually painting me and other LEOs here as apologists despite us repeatedly posting opinions that cops were out of line, rights were violated, and so on. Ignoring comments that are still out there for consumption that run counter to your claim of us being cop apologists.

Tired old accusation = tired old response.

If you don't like the numbers that ABC turned up during their research, I dunno what to tell you. It's their numbers, not mine.

I think it's stupid that a department wouldn't want to hire the most intelligent people it can. I think it's stupid to tell somebody they're "too smart" to continue on in the hiring process. Do I see the legality of the court's decision? Yep, I sure do. But do I think the department is right in doing what it does? Definitely not.

How's that for being an apologist?

I knew you would add a spin and deflect, as usual...

Let me make it easier for you to understand...

Without a doubt, yes!

How's that for cop hating?

Spinning and deflecting? Nope, looks to me like you got a pretty straightforward response to every single claim and question in your comment. You may not like the responses, but it doesn't change it.

That's your opinion. Not really supported by anything other than your own beliefs and convictions. Repeating something over and over doesn't make it any more true or factual.

Final answer: pretty weak, honestly
