Hello ATS gamers!

I was just curious if any of you stream on Twitch ( www.twitch.tv... ) and if so could you please post a link to your stream or Twitch account.

I am on Twitch but I don't stream, just a avid watcher.

stream sometimes....

DayZ, Heroes and Generals, RTWII, Rocksmith, etc, really only do it to show the game to my friends, or if I am hella lost and I can just show them where I be in DayZ :p

Now that steam is introducing streaming where folks can just jump in and watch your game at any time, you dont have to be "broadcasting" be interesting to see how it turns out, beta feature atm.

I think a few weeks ago they just added some ground vehicles... its rough compared to the dayz mod. Theres the basic stuff in, gear and what not, no aircraft yet, or basebuilding. In all honesty I am sorta curious how they will go with the development of the game, as neither felt fluid, I can understand the mod not being so, but it feels clunky well just say the same as the mod, while there are other games of this nature on the horizon that should be decent, rather curious how DayZ will fare, granted there will always be a hardcore dedicated player base around it, the coming games do look tempting, H1Z1, Dying Light...

Oh ya! So we got ATS twitchers here. Sounds so ominous, sort of like twitters or tweakers...Nah just messing with you all, I'm just not that cool I guess. I guess I will watch, see what this whole thing is about.

Maybe I should start my own channel, people need to give me money dam it, I could sit on my ass play games and do boring silly and stupid # to. I see they even have a whole bunch of dudes doing the old Dark Souls game, people still play that game WTF. Maybe I should give it a try when the new games comes out next year... Or not.

OK just messing it sounds like hard work. I could never sit down for that long and talk, its crazy.

I just watch other streamers currently. Maybe sometime soon I'll get into streaming something, probably H1Z1 when it comes out.

GoldGlove, AngryJoe, and Deluxe4 are the streamers I watch most. As for games, I'll pretty much watch anything as long as it's entertaining.

After thinking about it, I decided to play around and see what kind of stream video quality I could manage to put up on twitch.

I dont have the best PC for streaming, and my internet upload speed is pretty terrible. (It's great for gaming though). Quad core and 1570 ish kb/s internet upload speed. I use OBS to stream and I have the Max Bitrate at 1300. No dropped FPS and the stream is basically stable the entire time.

I did start out at 1800 max bitrate, but was averaging 25% fps drops while streaming. It takes awhile to configure, but it's definitely possible with a not so good streaming setup like mine.
