I thought this was such a nice Christmas story...

Brave cancer girl gives her family a Christmas to remember - from beyond the grave

A kind-hearted girl who lost her brave battle with cancer has given her family some Christmas cheer - by sending them surprise gifts from the grave.

Tragic Lily-Mae McKinstry died in November from a rare a brain tumour after months of putting up a brave fight.

The loss of their beloved 10-year-old hit parents Andrew and Vicki hard, but the couple were stunned when they began to receive mysterious Christmas presents through the post from their late daughter.

The family, from Chelmsford in Essex, later discovered that Lily had sneakily brought Christmas presents for her entire family just weeks before her death.

good call lily.
im sure a month in the accepting the fact youre gone, just the thing they needed was a reminder that you wont be there christmas day.

that was my first thought.

my second thought was this reminded me of the movie john wick. his wife died and arranged for a puppy to be delivered.

then i had about 47 more thoughts.

my 50th thought was this was pretty cool

I won't lie it did bring some tears to my eyes because of how thoughtful, caring, and selfless this act by this wonderful precious 10 year old child Lily-Mae McKinstry this beautiful soul, I praise God for your creation and life even though it was taken to early little one. You are surly in heaven with God and Jesus as we all on this earth could only hope to show the world the love it deserves as you Lily-Mae McKinstry have shown to your family and the rest of the world. I do pray for the family in these hard times and pray for the holy spirit to comfort them during this tragedy in Jesus name AMEN.
