I'll give a flag for the effort, but really it's preposterous. Though not impossible... but why isn't NK also sending rag-tag teams of saboteurs to mess up the sewer systems in big US cities, or blow up highways?

There 's also a lotta people who got RIGHTFULLY pissed off by how Silicon Valley -mainly Google and Apple- have become dangerously powerful and invasive in their technological advances. Not saying they'd be right to do that.... just another, much more rational, explanation.

And didja know that there's also a lotta people with military training, who got access to high-power weaponry easily in the US? This ain't no Australia!

An ATS member already made a thread on this about a year ago..."Who shot-up a NorCal substation?"
It shows respect to include a link to their prior thread.

Inside knowledge of a local grid could be acquired by North Koreans by the usual ways: espionage (i.e. surveillance & hacking) and bribery of employees.

The only connection everyone is making to North Korea is the one they're supposed to.
