That one vid was shot from the "port truss cam" and the other from the cupola.

Compare ~ 0:20 in the OP vid,

with ~ 0:21 AND ~ 0:45 in the vid posted by gortex.

Also use ~ 0:20 - 0:30 from this vid

and it should be clear that all 3 vids are from the same camera view. Agreed?

Notice the presence of Earth in the second two videos, and it lack in the first...

Because of the positioning of the cameras the truss isn't likely to show much Earth, and the cupola will almost always have Earth in it. One views the "top" (as it were) and the other the bottom (Earth side...cupola).

Both are on the port side...and separated by the diameter of the Tranquility module. Which also blocks the Earth view for the truss, and the truss/space view for the cupola.

Yes a lens flare is a reflection...now, can you tell us "why" that image isn't a lens flare? Do you know "how" a lens flare is formed?

I ask this because there are vast differences between a lens flare and the reflection of some object on a surface in front of the camera. Making this distinction may be important. For instance; did you notice how the "reflection" in the OP doesn't change much despite large changes in the lighting? Further, the lighting would seem to have set itself up in such a manner so as to inhibit the lens flare (light source is behind camera).

Anyway; just sayin...

I don't think so. That POV doesn't seem available from the cupola.

Notice how far the OP vid is zoomed in, leaving Earth out of the frame.

All three vids show the same ISS components from the same perspective.

It's always difficult to tell if it's a hoax or not . That the mods quickly decide to choose for ignoring the content and throw it into the science fiction bin . Tells that this doesn't need further investigation .. so thnx Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all...

I can confirm that this was not fake i saw it myself when i
sat with my iPad and watched the live stream.
i saw it faded in far away behind iss and it seemed like it
came closer because more of the contour arrived from the dark
until it faded away back and it was gone.

I took a screenshot and it is from the end when it faded away.
