Yeah, really, you either have the talent or you don't.

I'm working on my 5th painting since I started up again.
I can't do oils though. I must be ADD cause it takes way to long for them to dry,
so I went to acrylics instead.

Nice that you have an art mentor,
apparently that is what I am to some of the kids around here cause they keep asking me to teach them to paint...lol
Kind of surprising really.
A nice ego booster.
I had no idea that they were looking at my paintings when they were over...lol
Starting in January I will be giving painting lessons to some of the kids in the building.

I work way to slow for acrylic, dries out way to fast for me.
Also, I can get more detail in oil, but I really like acrylic paintings!

Also, I am a perfectionist when it comes to painting. I HATE IT!!!
