This IS a democracy. There is and always be enforcement in this system. YOU KNOW IT!

What started as the 'right' for gays to 'marry' is now you have to marry them or make cakes for them or risk fine or even imprisonment. REALITY, Bro, reality.

Between big Pharma, the Monsanto types, that portion of gov't that wants us dumbed down, those with my view on this are going to lose. I harbor no illusions to winning this.

This is my opinion, Nothing more. If it was 25 years ago? It would be the reality not just my opinion as it is now.

Ultimately, I decide my 'rights'. So do you. I take the liberties that I choose and bear the consequences/rewards of those choices.

Telling me my rights invokes nothing but yawns.

As far as granting rights to do drugs, I could care less what these morons do to themselves. In the workplace? The highways? The SCHOOLS ??

Now they're in my turf as well as 'their own'. They can expect comment in response.

I didn't say anything about highway fatalities....so it's you who's 'wrong'.

Always amusing to me how those against legalization that participate in these debates are so quick to throw their snide little remarks around about the supposed "lack of intelligence" of those who use marijuana - and yet always it's they (the anti-legalization crowd) that offer very little in the way of intelligent and well thought out responses. These are the symptoms of laziness, stupidity and ignorance - which ironically are the very symptoms that they say is the cause of smoking weed.

And yet this very thread is again an excellent example of just how "backwards" it is... The pro legalization crowd offering smart, well thought out responses, with links and proof from multiple sources and angles - of which the anti-crowd can only ignore, or offer childish/trollish one-liner responses and emoticons.

Its just as well they are now just an endangered minority and soon to be just an amusing memory.
