Well I am guilty as everyone else is when it comes to using lame passwords or using the same passwords on many things. I also tend to save them in my browser on my home computer. I also got a bad habit of sending sensitive information to my free email account.

I recently changed my ways and started using secure passwords. Here is a site that lets you test how strong a password you choose is. It also gives you some info on how to choose good passwords. Don't enter your real password. Just one similar. I found it handy in finding a good one. By the way it's free. I just feel it will be usefull to some people here.
