In watching live streams from LA, Ferguson, St Louis, Denver, Oakland and a few others there were a few instances of a certain definition being used, and that definition along side the video feed of how the police were handling Peaceful Protesters made me think a bit.
That definition was for the term "Terrorist"

I will give the definition and the links.

Link
terrorism
/ˈtɛrəˌrɪzəm/
noun
1.
systematic use of violence and intimidation to achieve some goal
2.
the act of terrorizing
3.
the state of being terrorized

ok and the FBI definition for domestic terrorist
Domestic terrorist

Bold texted both of those below so not to be one sided, looters n such are also in that def.

"Domestic terrorism" means activities with the following three characteristics:

Involve acts dangerous to human life that violate federal or state law;
Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping; and
Occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the U.S.

This doesn't apply to the looters and such, only to the treatment of peaceful protesters, some of which I have watched get gassed, kettled, etc over the last few nights. particularly on RebZ's feed in Ferguson Z's feed
But the use of the definition with the behavior I witnessed has me thinking it kinda fits, whats your opinion on it?

Other live feeds of protests, said to be in over 100 cities.

Live Streams

As of tonight things have calmed down a bit, thankfully.

Kuddos to the Nashville Police Dept tho, they met the protesters with hot chocolate instead of tear gas and rubber bullets!

Everyone seems to be completely ignoring the peaceful assemblies.

Its more fun to fuel the race war though, right?

*sigh*

The peaceful ones are the ones that should be getting attention.
LA seems to have riled up a bit tho they are still peaceful, the police are trying to kettle(surround them on all sides and arrest the crowd) them tho.

They are being detained at the moment.

I think you have something here. Thanks for the perspective, this idea has merit in my opinion.
