alleged leak of the ruling from young cons
www.youngcons.com...

www.thegatewaypundit.com... claims to know outcome as well neither link gives a source (inside source) so nothing we can fact check yet but hopefully we will get more clear info

I know it's not wise to believe anything Fox News says, but they said that the decision would be announced tonight or tomorrow. Is it bad that I feel like regardless of how this turns out, the U.S. is going to be changed everywhere, not just Ferguson?

There has been brutality everywhere stemming from this case, and protests have been popping up in different places, too. I don't think anywhere will get half as bad as Ferguson, but I feel like everyone should take extra precautions in order to stay safe. Whether you live in Ohio, Missouri, Florida.. Wherever.

Never know how people will react.

It was proven? Where was that proven? I must have missed that case.

Michael Brown is innocent, my friend. Innocent until proven guilty. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but to state that it is definitive is erroneous.

Brown suffered a graze wound to the right hand, near his thumb. Particulate matter in the tissue is "consistent with gunshot residue," according to the autopsy.

The only way to have residue on your hand and a wound on your hand is to be close enough to the gun when it is fired.....

Fair enough.

he was shot in the hand while the officer was still in the vehicle, but I guess most would say he was just leaning in to give the officer a hug right?

Speculation.

If I just shot an unarmed kid and was crapping my pants, I might shoot him in the hand and say he went for my gun. But, you know, I'm just spit balling.

What do you do when you have had your protest and the state fails to listen to you on something lets say like fracking and the cops have been pointing guns in your face.

Talking and talking does not always work and the state is the first to use force both at home and abroad but these days they are having to use it more and more.

At what stage are they right to throw the tea chests in the harbour ?

The gateway pundit is the worst source of any news, much less accurate.

Maybe aliens used robotic dinosaur ninja assassins to kill Brown and fram the cop to bring humanity to the brink of war. But, you know, I'm just spit balling too.

Evidence doesn't support your supposition, so I don't really see how it is meaningful in any way.

I personally don't believe there will be any indictment. The only one even possible would be manslaughter and without knowing all the facts that would even be hard to prove.

Years ago when I followed the Ramsey case, I thought for sure the GJ would indict both parents only to be let down when they weren't. Now we know the GJ voted to indict them and the DA opted not to file those charges.

I predict that regardless of the outcome lots of stupid people around Ferguson will be doing lots of stupid things tonight.... People can feel free to stop by Chicago any time they want to protest for all the blacks who are dying on the streets on the South-West sides of the city...

What I've learned from this story is...

Black man shot by white man = national craze for the black population

Black man shot by black man = they don't seem to care one bit, because if they did they would be protesting every weekend here in Chicago

Well they do. They just had one there a couple of months ago. there are lot's of protests, community meetings etc in Chicago about gun violence....yeah it's not every weekend but people are protesting.

www.suntimes.com...

and just adding for clarity that Ferguson isn't a suburb of Chicago so...different protesters...different issues and dynamics and history.

Well, I live here in Chicago and I don't hear about these protests, and they don't seem to be a national story like what we're seeing down in Ferguson... The point I'm making is that this story has been blown WAY out of proportion. A guy who just robbed a store died at the hands of a cop... In what universe should we be sad over a thug dying? I'm sorry for sounding cold, but I will save my sadness for people who deserve it, like children with cancer or people who can't find their next meal, but some thug who finally had karma catch up with him?? no thanks... I'm sorry for his family for needing to deal with the death of a loved one, but Brown was no angel...

Evidence for a cop shooting a dead criminal in the hand?

We are even Steven in the evidence department I think

And I win because I have not only aliens, but robotic dinosaur assassins

Did someone say Cyborg-Dinosaur-ninja?

(Okay he's a samurai, close enough.)

ON TOPIC: Spit-balling is one thing, but soon we will no longer have need for speculation.

First Degree Murder is out of the question. Second Degree could be argued, but only if it was clear that the officer didn't believe his life was in danger. The only way I see that happening would be to put him on the stand. Doubtful. So I think you are correct in your assessment of the situation. Voluntary Manslaughter would be the charge I think has the highest chance at conviction.

Uh, I'm sorry. I didn't know Michael Brown was a criminal. What crime was he convicted of again?

Thanks for those links. I live in St. Louis and will try to keep updates on what is happening on the South Side. I am already hearing a lot of helicopter traffic, which really doesn't normally get going until around dusk.

You're right, I'm sure he just finished helping out at a soup kitchen and was walking to bible camp when the cop approached him for no reason unloading multiple rounds into him....

And when he was in the convenient store 15 minutes before being shot I'm sure he was not stealing anything, but was playing tag with the checkout clerk.. It looks like he was reaching over grabbing something, but he was in fact "tagging" him and then quickly leaving the scene...

How many days will everyone keep waiting for them to release the verdict at "any moment"?

How much fear on the part of the officials in Ferguson that a no indictment announcement will result in a Rodney King style riot? How much will that cost?

Whats obvious is its not just one incident here, but a one straw too many type deal.

Now wonder they are quaking in their official boots down there.

if lots of people come forward and contradict all the police forensic evidence that could had been planted then I am sorry but I will not be at all surprised.

Police are experts at this and have been caught many at time so to suggest they would not do it to protect one of their own really does not have any legs to walk on.

He had a juvenile record confirmed but they would not release it to public...that and the video of him strong arm robbing a store minutes before his death....technically not on his record, but unless you think it was a friendly encounter that was mistaken for a robbery then he was a criminal in every sense of the word.

I may be wrong but everything I tried to find said they refused ro reveal his past criminal record. So I am not sure if he even had a record. At the same time I did see the video of him in the convenient store. War of words or refusing to see things that were blatantly obvious on camera.
