this is why you cant understand them.

They operate differently, they arnt bad people, they go work, they have families, they just dont react the same way to emotion.

Just because they pretend well to be normal, doesnt make them bad or less 'human' than you.

They dont cry or get overly attached to stuff. some of them are very bad people, so are 'normal' people. no one pigeon holes dylexics, its just a mental state thats different to the general public.
