Found this article on Yahoo. It talks about who has profited from protests led by Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton. There are no real surprises.

When is this announcement going to be made, btw?

It's been quite an interesting story to watch from across the pond - not least as pretty much everyone on all sides has at least part of a point in their arguments. The looters notwithstanding, of course.

Most believe it will be this week or next week. The grand jury is believed to have heard their last witness when Dr. Baden testified. Don't know of any other witnesses that have yet to testify.

what I don't get is the chief saying if he is cleared, he can go back to his assigned duty...huh?...first, why would this guy even work in that state, let alone at the same police dept.?......second, what other cop would want to be near him while out on patrol?...

Well, if the DOJ wants to get rid of the police chief, that statement ups the price tag for the police chief's removal. It is all a media war.

Even though it seems as if they are preparing for a no indict verdict I have a feeling to save face and delay potential massive protest they will indict.

I think that they are watching the weather. The colder it is, the less chance for a prolonged protest or rioting.

An article I saw yesterday said that "Schools" will be given advance notice on the announcement. So does that mean the schools will go on lock down, or the kids will get to go home?

If true, that would be the thing to keep and eye on for the when it will be announced.

Won't matter what temperature it is outside if they start setting things on fire.

I'm sure plenty of them have lighters.

Every popular movement and uprising in this country is quickly taken over by big money and special interests in one form or another. No big surprise here.

It must be really difficult to keep an actual grassroots movement going in the US these days because once it becomes large enough and public enough the usurpers and parasites come out of the woodwork.

Change won't come from the people. It never does. As soon as a movement begins that is truthful it's infiltrated.

No surprises at all. Nothing like preventing the people from ever taking over.

People like Sharpton and Jackson have taken what was once a legitimate struggle and turned it into an artificial outrage machine that outright ensures their relevancy in the media and cash flow to their accounts.

Anytime they show up somewhere I am certain its because they smell a large pile of cash somewhere in the mess they helped create. In the chaos they abscond with the money, and the community is no better off for having them there.

No one has done less for the black community than those two.

Right, among other things I can remember, not only the government but corporate greed as well stealing the unpopular or illegal then repackaging for their own profits.

Alcohol/moonshine/prohibition - State funded and government controlled liquor and alcohol
Street numbers - State funded and government controlled lottery
Devils music, blues, jazz - hijacked by corporate record labels, copycats repackaged as rock and roll, culture into profit
Reefer madness - the demonic weed, now gaining support as states endorse it, soon to be fully state funded and government controlled and regulated.

Always remember nothing will stay pure or grassroots if it is an idea that can be capitalized on to make money especially if it is found to have a market that exists that can be expanded or pushed...

As far as the logic though, some of these things work in reverse, the corporate machine can create situations where something is practical and popular, they then release technology incrementally so that it can be capitalized on instead of creating a long lasting product that has features built in that last. (using Planned obsolescence as profit making in autos, appliances and other consumables)
One thing in this category is the smart phone, once it was discovered that a cell phone can become something a person will spend 6 or 700.00 usd on, pay a bill over 100 a month regardless of their ability to afford it, companies use this "crack" to render obsolete features, hardware withing 3-6 months to force many to upgrade, buy new plans and continue feed the corporation because they create the newest thing, the best gadget, the innovation we all can't wait for.....

I agree. The weather will not stop violent protesters if they are determined enough.

I heard that the verdict will come out tomorrow. If this is correct, then that would explain all the reports we've had about this case during the past several days. It seems as if tptb are trying to prepare the public should the worst happen. Plans about what law enforcement will do.....and the schools, etc.

If I lived in Ferguson and had children I would not allow them to go to school at all this week. Possibly even longer depending on how events unfold.

Alex Jones has reporters down there already....as well as major media outlets. There's a Livestream channel called "I am Mike Brown." Will be paying attention to all of them.

Here's a link to a list of live feeds from Radio Reference for St. Louis County Police, Fire and EMS. I think that Ferguson is in the 2nd Precinct for St. Louis County:

First confuse the issue then lead away from where they are going to nowhere.

a reply to: johnnyBgood Johnny, I believe the usurpers and parasites are the ones that begin the riots, anyway. They are there to disrupt the community and cause as much damage and harm as possible. They do not have the guts to come out when nothing is happening and actually do something helpful for the community.
