HEre is something you need to understand. the OT laws were specifically for the hebrews/israelites. They are of the old covenant. Most preachers ignore this these days and use it to influence their parishioners. Most catholics should or could claim to be hebrews because they use these alot.

True modern christians are not under the OT laws. They are under the new covenant of grace. Now dont confuse this with doing as thou wilt though.

I'm specifically asking the OP this question because he said in the OP that Christians should listen to the laws outlined in the Torah/Old Testament. Did that get lost on you somehow?
