WOW!

For those of you who are familiar with Alan Greenspan, and his fun and games from the late 80's - mid 2000's.. Here is a gem of a comment from him..

Mr. Greenspan’s comments to the Council on Foreign Relations came as Fed officials were meeting in Washington, D.C., and expected to announce within hours an end to the bond purchases.

Mr. Greenspan said gold is a good place to put money these days given its value as a currency outside of the policies conducted by governments.

Zerohedge (source)

There are many other 'interesting' statements in the article from Greenspan.

Very telling.

Sounds like he's giving the old "wink wink".

I think hyper-inflation is on the way.

They've held it down too long.

The longer the water boils, the higher the lid blows.

Just in time for Nov 2016.

Just for my sanity, what are you implying for Nov 2016, aside the election of the next puppet'n'chief?

If they time it right, it all falls apart after Obama leaves office. Then, they can blame it on the next stooge, so the liberal "messiah" can maintain his spotless reputation with the true believers.
They'll never attribute anything that happens in a new term to him.

And if the 'Pubs do retake Congress and it falls apart before 2016, it will be all their fault and not his, setting up Hillary or Warren (whichever wicked witch wins the nom) to run on their populist socialism platform.
