Thought you would be interested in this photo I took which I cannot explain. I was looking through my folder of photo which had been sitting on my external drive for months and came across this one. Have you seen anything like this before or any idea what it might be. The first photo was taken on seconds before the second one and in the same spot.

Lens flare from a source of light is one possibility, too.
Is there a source of light in the picture? The water.

Lens flare is a refraction of light, not a reflection. The light source doesn't have to be in direct view.
Could be dust or water drops, too.
