A pet parrot that spoke with a British accent when it disappeared from its home four years ago has been reunited with its owner – and the bird returned with some new knowledge.
Now, the parrot speaks Spanish.
The reunion was brought about by a Southern California veterinarian who mistook Nigel, an African grey parrot, for her own missing bird, the Daily Breeze reports.

Some people have all the luck having such a cool bird.
While growing up my cousins had one and the thing would only make the sexy wolf whistle and say 'Pretty Bird'.

Thats a cool little story. Parrots are really smart animals. Very sentimental too. My cousins in Florida had one. It got loose one day after talking about love and loneliness. Thing became an expert escape artist. The actual way it escaped was like a master prison escape.
It ended up perched on the phone lines above the house necking with other birds. It finally found another parrot and left. Even said good bye in its own way...
I wish I could afford one right now. They are great companions.
