This is a balloon or similar, that isn't moving but steady in the sky ... and the clouds above, are moving. The movement is too slow, to be a flying object.

Easy.

Looks like a Military Blimp platform.

As to the poster....Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.

ThirdPhaseOfMoon is generally seen as an untrustworthy source of this type of information. This does not imply that this MUST be a fake, but it is a strong indication. Like say, for example, Aurora51:

According to the article it happened yesterday. That is a lot of activity overnight. If they are lying about the time frame, then fine. All I did was post some interesting video. As for it flying to slow... the suspected UFO type antigravity and flight dynamics that allow hovering would also allow flying slowly.
