" 3. Reason (Logos) indeed, O Tat, among all men hath He distributed, but Mind not yet; not that He grudgeth any, for grudging cometh not from Him, but hath its place below, within the souls of men who have no Mind.
Tat: Why then did God, O father, not on all bestow a share of Mind?
H: He willed, my son, to have it set up in the midst for souls, just as it were a prize.
4. T: And where hath He set it up?
H: He filled a mighty Cup with it, and sent it down, joining a Herald [to it], to whom He gave command to make this proclamation to the hearts of men:
Baptize thyself with this Cup's baptism, what heart can do so, thou that hast faith thou canst ascend to him that hath sent down the Cup, thou that dost know for what thou didst come into being!
As many then as understood the Herald's tidings and doused themselves in Mind, became partakers in the Gnosis; and when they had "received the Mind" they were made "perfect men". "
18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. 19 After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits— 20 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, 21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also...

3 Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, 2 when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. 3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. 4 Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. 5 For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to adorn themselves. They submitted themselves to their own husbands, 6 like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear.
7 Husbands, in the same way be considerate as you live with your wives, and treat them with respect as the weaker partner and as heirs with you of the gracious gift of life, so that nothing will hinder your prayers.
It wasn't until Yahweh (Son of God) divided Adam that mankind was born into sin. Leaven makes bread rise. Eve is the weak force in nature. Mother and Father are the Strong force. Symmetry breaking allowed for free will to engage and unity with multiplicity to occur. By this, the Son of God is raised. We are adopted from the process.

Are you familiar with the work of Sri Aurobindo, and his postulations on Levels of Mind?

Not making sense to you is actually the point of the thread.
Ask a very small child to choose a dime or nickle and they always pick the nickle because it's larger. An older child will choose the one with more value, or what is not seen.
And faith, believing for no good reason, is not a good thing. Choices or claims made purely for no good reason should be dismissed and ignored. Encouraging others to make choices based on poor reasoning is quite immoral IMHO.

In light of the world around you, these verses would produce immorality?
Galatians 5
19 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21 and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. 24 Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. 25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit. 26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
Which set of verses does faith produce in your opinion? V. 19, or V. 22? Which would you prefer for the children of our world? Laws of men are designed to control human behavior. Laws of God are designed to eliminate the need for laws. The development of Pathos can only come by experiencing the law, then realizing the remedy for the heart's desire to worship self. Once a person develops empathy and sympathy, they are free from the need for the law. Why? Love for others. Our world is founded on objectivism. God's will is altruism.
I will agree that these verses appear to have had little effect on our world. Appearances can be deceiving and I think God goes after all his lost sheep. On the surface, 6000 years of religion has not made an impact on the heart of mankind. This, in no way, denies the truth behind the words. For all we know, we are the last to realize. There could be billions who have past these fields of wilderness who have fully realized their destiny in the world to come. It simply reaffirms the statement, "Communication is the response you get." Improve communication and you improve response. This is a further confirmation that God has a direct intent in all of this. He allows a place for us to realize that the law breaking us also holds the power to release us from the bondage. We hold the keys to the jail door. His requirement is clear. Either one side of these verses above or the other. We must choose.
From there, His Kingdom is available. Or, we can simply stay here as the world crumbles around us. I choose v. 22. Argue against the truth, but you will not break free from it. It will always be there as a beacon of light calling you home.
Improve communication and you improve response.
