I dont know if this is anything or random, but its getting crazy out there!
Could this be a start of something steming from the escalated police on civilian violence? Or a smoke screen?

Time stamp on the video says 9:16 eastern and right now it is 7 so can't be breaking.

It says 6:16 pm on the timestamp. No that's PT. It's 7 pm here. They're wrong somehow.

I've seen this floating about (the story)...what's the deal here? Some nut going around just randomly shooting cops for the hell of it, or someone with a genuine grievance against the police who's had enough?

They're framing the story as Russian/Serbian sympathizer who played war games with his friends reenacting old battles. He must have some grievance though since he planned this for years.

who hasn't got a genuine grievance against the police in America at the moment, I'm surprised whole communities aren't coming at them with pitchforks and the old fashioned lynch mob.

Pitchforks and lynch mobs wouldn't work because they'd all get ran over and backed up on by the APCs and other armored vehicles they now have.

I think that's the reason they're gearing up. All these stories about police brutality are being reported to fuel opposition to them. They're ridiculous and being above the law they claim to enforce is sickening.
