Well, like Blair or not, he is right. If we want to completely eliminate ISIS, we do need boots on the ground. All bombing will do is hamstring ISIS and slow them down. You wont completely wipe ISIS out by bombing alone. You need troops on the ground too.

Really? It didn't work in Iraq (part I), Afghanistan or Iraq (part II) did it? And why do we need to 'wipe out' ISIS anyway?, what danger are they to us? 3000+ dead in NYC, 52 in London, a couple of hundred in Madrid (and that, of course, is assuming you don't believe they were all false flags) - these are irrelevant figures over a couple of decades, nothing compared to the hundreds of thousands or maybe millions killed in the Middle East over the same time period. ISIS aren't a threat to us in the West - if you really feel they should be stopped then stop killing their families in cowardly drone strikes and the rest.

Ron you're wrong they are a threat to the west not only the west but the world. We already have radicals preaching on the streets of the UK and its only took 15yrs to arrest the instigators of their vile hatred of our culture religion and way of life.

Look at my City, Birmingham Trojan horse in schools these are innocent children that have been open to the abuse of the radicals so in my eyes they are a danger to us in the west.

If its not isis then it is some other radical muslim extremest group planing to do us harm.

But then you're a UKIP supporter so you automatically believe all the scare stories, and blow out-of-all-proportion the very few issues in the UK caused by 'radical muslims'. Personally I find the views of Farrage et al just as offensive as those of depraved radical Imams. And do you really think any of your concerns are the reason Cameron and Obama are taking us rapidly towards a conflict with Russia?

A response with all the reasoned intellectual acuity one would expect. And your grammar is a credit to you also.
