NSA says it has 'lost' its non-redacted UFO files.

The NSA has gone to "No Such Agency" too No Such UFO's as well, which bodes well for such an agency that typically has there brethren feel omniscient, yet have sometimes been portrayed as "running around like chickens with there heads cut off;" when an ominous situation presents itself.

They didnt lose them. Pi40 which is now Pi80 based on the expansion to a second earth has more than likely told them that they need to come up with an excuse for them. The higher ups treating a large entity as something to take the blame for themselves and their actions.

Occam's Razor says, NSA is telling the truth. They did not "lose" the non-redacted versions of these documents, because the documents themselves were crafted originally with the redactions (probably random gobble-dy-gook underneath) as part of a UFO kookifying PSYOP campaign. There is a continuous stream of this stuff flowing into the files and the date stamps are all 'authentic', in that it has been gathering since the Cold War. They''ll write up some Blue Book stuff to relieve boredom. And aside from being a stress reliever within the organization it does have its uses.

Every branch of the military and intelligence had/has an active evolving UFO kookify 'presskit' from which they can draw ideas and 'leak' material from, so they can proactively gather nutters into areas they would not otherwise tread so they can (involuntarily) participate in a kookify campaign.

Suppose (for example) that there is possibly damaging evidence out there in some well-publicized press photo or fact recorded soon after a disaster. 'They' don't try to gather originals and copies or try to 'eliminate' people, 'they' dip into the kook file and create a connection that involves esoteric ways and means, which is pornography to the crowds who eagerly seek out these things; they are drawn in and soon overwhelm the discussion. No mainstream media will approach the topic, even if a real whistleblower steps forth, because they sense that they lack the resourced to de-tangle the issue from the blather. Mission accomplished.

Releasing old material that not be useful in modern kook-presskits does accomplish a goal, to keep the UFO scam going. Putting out that the original unredacted versions have been 'lost' is an effective way to say, the joke's on you. Twice.

The government isn't going to give up the U.S. advantages gained from secret knowledge of UFOs. They give every President (except Jimmy Carter) a briefing about the basics, and he carries the secret to his grave. This ploy has been used since day one. They got sick of congress, Goldwater and others way back before Bluebook, and had been lying about the whole thing way before that, and they just decided to keep a lid on it for reasons of keeping America a viable country. And it's slowly been becoming unviable since then. The things they are hiding are not only just about nasty visitors, but the nasty deals they made with them. I know the military shreds all kinds of documents, and when too many people begin asking about the ones that are UFO type and not just generic sightings, they hide those in other files nearby, or they move them and say nothing was found, or they just shred them and can't find them. Who can do anything about it? No one.

The government buys thousands of huge paper shredders that can shred more paper an hour than most newspaper presses can print in a day.

Jack Brewer's efforts to get two redacted sections of a significant government document bearing upon UFOs declassified have now borne fruit, and he discusses the results in this post. The document deals with problems many individuals have in addressing "perceived unusual phenomena," and what to do about it. The now-liberated sections have to do with an actual example in which individuals at an American "listening post" reacted variously to a novel phenomenon being reported among Eastern Bloc countries, and specific suggestions on organizing information handling teams to deal with such challenging information. Both sections make for interesting reading, as do the lessons Brewer draws from them and their context.

The document offers some intriguing points for consideration. Among them is the author's interest in Air Force personnel reactions to surprise data. Also noteworthy, in my opinion, is the author's seemingly at times uncritical interpretations of reported UFO phenomena and ways to conduct investigation.
