My first reaction is that your problem is in the "lite"part of your beer of choice.

If it is the ads that get you in ... I would suggest the tampon ads offer more excitement !

Hey; you can horse ride - golf - tennis - jet ski etc. for a better price than a dissapointing six pack !

Now.

I you want a very good American beer - that will help with the zzz's ...

Dundee pale ale. 6.3 % smooth and easily consumed .

8.5 out of 10 !!

Maybe try a real beer. Like a bitter or IPA... Or double IPA. Basically anything above 5.5%!

Also, aim for a microbrewery... They tend to make better product than anything mass produced.

Miller lite, MGD, Bud, Molson, Busch, any of that stuff is no less than crap.

Do your body and mind and taste buds a favor and just drink real beer. Not mass produced cat piss.

You'd probably like Sam Adams, that's a nice full flavored beer, not a particularly high alcohol but very tasty

Miller Lite.

That right there is your problem. Try a good heavy German beer and it'll knock you right out.
