what is Flags, Stars, Cups,thunder shock?

can anybody explain what is Flags, Stars, Cups,thunder shock icons below of the every avatar of this site?
i am very new to this site...

They respresent they amount of stars and flags you received for threads and posts. The cup is your overall rating and the thunderbolt respresents your "karma".

being a brand new member, I actually just used the search feature not too long ago to get a better understanding of the stars and flags... but I really like sn0rch's explanation!

people give stars to post, flags to threads if they like them and the rest are averages of them and your post numbers
