Did USA used Alien Technology to locate Saddam Hussein & Bin Laden?

Saddam Hussein lived in Undergrounds, so it is difficult task to locate him,
for Bin Laden he never used Internet or mobile in his location, because he can easily caught by signals.
so my question: if this 2 people are very clever about their hidings, so How could USA find them, So USA used Alien Technology to locate them

I don't know why it took so long for them to find bin Laden, when the rich guy lives in the huge compound at the end of the street everybody knows who he is and don't need aliens to tell you who it is. And if it was aliens their technology sucks because it took them long enough. ..

I'll bite. As someone who knows a thing or two about
reading license plates, I say earthly technology.
But that doesn't mean there isn't Alien tech in use.

Saddam's spider hole was dimed out by a local villager for a price. OBL's location was pieced together over a long period of time.

Not much Alien technology involved.
