I was wondering if anybody knew where i could get or read a complete copy of the bill, i've googled it but only found a multitude of news stories about it.

Most of this is what is intended, carrgo protection and revamping the security offices. But a sh** load junk may have slithered it's way into the bohemoth. We have more than likely been Punked!
