ok, so guthrie govan.... this guy is amazing. now im not saying this video is the best representation of him.... its awesome but i would suggest you check out some more of videos.
this guy can play it all. i dont think i have heard anyone approach music the way he does. from the notes he chooses to the techniques he uses...

i cant say enough good things about him.....

i just cant get over this dudes ability....

i read when he first tried to break into music he landed himself a job transcribing for a guitar mag. he said he picked the hardest thing he could think of to transcribe and it got him the job. choice was shawn lane. lane was a nasty dude too.
