He failed to mention that the phones are just handed out right and left. I have heard of some people having more than a dozen of these phones.

I thought in order to have a luxury you had to get a job and pay for it or do without? I don't understand liberals. Don't like most repubs either, BTW. What's next? The government buying poor people ATV's? Or how about free computers and internet?

Every single phone, whether you pay the bill or not can call 911. Its a safety issue. And they want to track you

You should have gladly accepted it , Then phoned to all Goverment Departments that piss you off for free

it could have lived in a kitchen drawer
