Chicago robberies drop 20% after concealed carry permits are issued

This connection has been shown and proven many times. Gun control advocates however continue to ignore it while they desperately dig to find an alternative causality.

That...or they just go away & don't say anything until the next media driven mass casualty event has the attention of the nation...then they start banging their drum again somehow convinced their way works...

Chicago crime has not gone down. Ask those who live there. What's gone down is how much CPD is willing to REPORT. The cops are still pissed about the paperwork implementation that Jody Weiss put into place under the Daley tenure, as well as the paycut they got, and are flat out refusing to police. Anybody from the South and East sides can tell you that.

Also, the North Side white areas which are hotbeds of crimes, are NEVER REPORTED. Can't send the high cost of living by Wrigleyville, Lincoln Park, and Lakeview down.

This is a proxy report. Chicago is very much a dangerous place, gun permits or not.
