Police Brutality in Estonia! Dog biting the victim!

Anyway this is just way out of hands.
Event took place in 13 July 2014
I'll start off with a few links and then translate as much as possible to you.

First i'll start off with the unedited footage of when the police started arresting the man.

All the text in chronological order from the video:

" There's altogether 5 mobile videos captured from the police action. Last one, what came out is made by USA citizen ROSA LUNA, whose voice is recognizable in the video with a question: "Why is your dog biting him?"

"These 4 videos cover this event altogether in 1 minute and 28 seconds, therefore it isn't exactly known how much time was inbetween. Last video is 53 seconds long and from there you can see where they remove the dog who was biting him and police finally take the suspect away.
The whole footage synchronized together is 2 minutes and 21 seconds.
Police dog is biting him for 1 minute and 31 seconds, as seen on videos, however there's missing clips inbetween some time, so therefore it's not exactly known for how long the dog actually bite him.
Security and public video is 2 minutes and 7 seconds long and contains 1 video. "

Police: " Let's turn him sideways "
V: "Wait, i'm coming with you. I'm coming with you, please loosen me"

V: "Take that knee away, i'm coming with you"
P: "No! I won't "
V: "Loosen me, " (Inaudible, only audible word is "Dog" )
P: "Release your hands"
V: "I'm coming with you, but how can i ? I want to come with you, but how can i ? "
P: "Release your hands"
V: "Totally loosened. Hey, why is this dog is ripping me? Take that dog away! Take that dog away i'm sick, i'm all yours, i'm coming, take that dog away"
P: "Let's turn him around, on stomach"
V: "Take that dog away i'm sick. "

USA Citizen ROSA LUNAS explanation of what happened. Left on youtube description of hers.

"I witnessed this man sitting for 30 minutes with tears streaming out of his eyes after the security guards had pepper sprayed him. A security guard stood by him for these 30 minutes. The man was subdued and quiet. These police officers and security guards showed up after the 30 minutes and held him down. I watched one of them violently kicking the man being pinned down by four people, and THEN the women officer with the police dog let the canine bite and tear at the man being held down. I video taped part of it before asking them why the dog was biting him. I asked the security guard to stop what was happening."

Now you call that normal police work?
Even if he was aggressive at first (Like the official statement says) , but this isn't adequate behaviour of law enforcement.
But he wasn't.

Really surprised this thing ended up in here. Besides, it is misleading headline, police is not really brutal in here, but we do got our own section of brutal and unorthodox teams as well. Besides some serious ones from soviet time.


facts about this is :

Pirados and some other gäng's & street Youth had a party,
with anti state and highly criminal people (literally ) there is easy on drugged states even ordinary people to get to reckless and get personal with security crew.

So one who You can see, has HEAVY serious tatoos did so ... unfortunately party was secured by DussMann OÜ, Germans security company cell, who was expelled from Security Company Coalition by Kaupo Kuusik, for their unorthodox behaviours. In street terms : they also hire people who are not just obedient toy's but also, do get their hands dirty if needed.


So when police come there they see some "dangerous one" (based on tatoos and that 3+ had to hold him) who did not obey ..so police got from beginning really biased look about situation . the dog really did get out of hand as work accidents. in the end all less then an ordinary street beating for opposing/attacking.



And to put one security company and party event under that kind of headline here, as insult to a Country, is it worth ?

it was also Show(display by police to a gang members/youth that they are after all a kids. In personal level... and in serious life people will get eventually more hurt if rebel against authority.

Probably was also not professional to hit a guy, but one must in return ask - was the guy ready to hit them ? So in real life, how is it, that one is allowed to hit but when get hit back it is "unjustified"?


In personal note,
More and more i turn in the side of coppers and security agencies while my self still a villain in so many way's, just because seeing how un professionally and un practically our people it self behaving - and hey... there was like 100's of people, if they would be so ... they should have all jumped the police and disarm them, would they be able 10 to 100 to do it ?
Also respect to intelligent gangs who do not get on to fights that has no other outcome then shame.
